Good practice

We know there is a lot of excellent practice in the field already. Please let us have examples - these can be in the form of case studies, tips, observations or everyday work practices.

Good practice could be about:

• Helping hard-to-reach groups
• Developing partnership working in your area (other government agencies, community outreach groups)
• Building good relationships with employers (large, medium and small)
• Helping older learners
• Responding to employers' needs
• Careers advice at a distance (over the phone or via email)
• From college to workplace (getting learners into employment).
